SEA Gas’ related entity, SEA Gas (Mortlake), has today successfully closed the purchase of the Mortlake Pipeline from Origin Energy.
The Mortlake Pipeline, which will continue to be operated by SEA Gas, supplies gas to Origin’s Mortlake Power Station in Victoria.  Origin has committed to long-term gas transportation and storage services on the pipeline.
SEA Gas (Mortlake) is a partnership jointly owned by SEA Gas partners (APA Group & Rest). SEA Gas will provide all corporate and marketing support to this partnership.
The Mortlake Pipeline acquisition is earnings accretive to the SEA Gas business and provides opportunity to further enhance service offerings in western Victoria.
