We are undertaking a 5 year review of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and Statement of Environmental Objectives (SEO), associated with the South Australian portion of the pipeline and as required under the Energy Resources Act 2000. The EIR and SEO set out the environmental objectives to be achieved in carrying out the activities permitted under pipeline licence PL13 and the criteria upon which the objectives are to be assessed, including leading performance criteria.
Your feedback is important to us. We would like to invite you to review the EIR and SEO and provide your comments and feedback, particularly on issues of importance to you. Feedback will be collated and submitted to the Department for Energy and Mining (DEM) for assessment and will be considered by SEA Gas in the development of the final documents.
